GENERAL INFORMATION
All communication with registered delegates will be by email. All registrations will be sent a confirmation letter and tax invoice within five (5) working days of submitting a registration form. If you do not receive the email, please check your spam folder prior to contacting Conlog.
If your email address has changed since completing the registration form, be sure to advise your new email address to Conlog.
- All cancellations and requests for registration refunds must be made in writing to acmhn@conlog.com.au
- Any changes to your registration or optional bookings will not be accepted over the phone. Please email your changes to acmhn@conlog.com.au
- If you are unable attend the conference after submitting your online registration, you can nominate a substitute. All substitutes names are to be received via email to acmhn@conlog.com.au
- Super Early Birds may only be booked by ACMHN members. Payment via credit card is required at the time of booking
- Super Early Birds are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend ACMHN 2026 after submitting your online registration, you can nominate a substitute. All substitute names are to be received via email to acmhn@conlog.com.au
- Cancellations made on/before Friday 4 September 2026 will receive a refund less an administration and cancellation fee of $110
- Cancellations on/after Saturday 5 September 2026 will not receive a refund. Exceptions are at the discretion of the organising committee
- Refunds will not be issued until after the conference
- Refunds will not be given for non-attendance at the conference
- Accommodation and airline cancellations are at the discretion of the individual concerned.
Morning, afternoon teas and lunches will be provided. If you have not already notified Conlog of any special dietary requirements (eg shellfish allergy, vegetarian), please do so as soon as possible by emailing acmhn@conlog.com.au.
Dietary requests will be catered for to the best of the caterer's ability. Individuals with severe allergies are requested to advise Conlog of their requirements prior to the conference, and bring any allergy medication (EpiPen, Phenergan etc.) as prescribed by your doctor to the conference and any associated function. Whilst due care is taken by the organisers and caterer, individuals must take primary responsibility for their own health.

The conference information is correct at the time of publishing. However, the organisers reserve the right to change the information where necessary without notice. In the event of industrial disruptions, the conference and organisers accept no responsibility.
Photographs will be taken throughout the conference and social functions. If you do not wish to have your photograph taken, please email acmhn@conlog.com.au or visit the registration desk upon your arrival at the conference.
The dress code for all conference sessions and social functions is business casual.
All fees must be paid in advance of the conference. Goods and Services in Australia are subject to a 10% tax (GST). All conference registrations and ticket rates quoted within this website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST.
Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. It is strongly recommended that participants take out their own general travel insurance. It is suggested the insurance policy should also cover loss of fees/deposit, airfares, accommodation charges, medical expenses, loss or damage to personal property and repatriation expenses. The organisers do not take responsibility for any delegate failing to insure.
Your official conference name badge must be worn at all times throughout the conference, as it is your entry to all sessions.
The registration and information desk will be open for the duration of the conference and will serve as your main point of contact for all enquiries.
All payments must be received prior to the conference. If payment for your registration type (eg Early Bird) is not received by the cut-off date, your registration type will be changed to the next registration level. All fees and costs quoted are GST inclusive.
Tax invoices will be issued following receipt of registration and payment. VISA, Mastercard and AMEX are accepted. When you pay by credit card, Lasch Pty Ltd TA Conference Logistics will appear on your statement.
Credit card payments can be made online or over the phone. Please note credit card payments attract a 2.75% fee. This fee will be added to the amount showing once you select you card type.
Details for EFT payments will be provided on your tax invoice. Please reference the payment with your name and invoice number.
A list of participants will be produced, including individuals' details such as name, organisation and state/country. You will be asked for permission for your details to be included when you register.
ACMHN 2026 is being operated in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) which came into effect on 25 May 2018. Therefore, before you begin your registration, you will need to give consent for your data to be used in facilitating your event registration, as well as in the planning and implementation of the conference (e.g. providing dietary requirements to conference venues and accommodation booking details to the specified hotel).This request for data consent is in accordance with GDPR and represents our commitment to protect the privacy of all personal data you provide during the registration process.

The Adelaide Convention Centre Riverbank and North Terrace car parks have a daily maximum rate of $35. Early bird parking is available Monday to Sunday (includes public holidays) for $20 (entry between 5.30am - 9.30am, exit between 2.30pm–6.30pm ). More information can be found here.
Adelaide Metro also offers free public transport within the city and North Adelaide.
Free City Connector Bus: Connects popular city attractions, shops, and services. All buses are wheelchair and pram friendly.
